Hello, I am Sonia Cox, my husband Brian and I have lived in Andover for over a decade and we have been married for over 22 years. We have two kids that attend school in Andover.

Brian and I met at Pittsburg State University where I graduated with a BBA with majors in Finance, Economics, Management and Marketing and also an MBA degree.

I have been a member of the Andover community for 20+ years, first introduced to it when I worked at Vornado Air, and later choosing to make Andover our home.

I am the Marketing Director at a multi-state construction equipment dealership, one of the largest in North America. I have over 20 years of experience in product development, marketing, team management, and in leadership roles. I have been an active board member in multiple organizations in our area.

I have been involved in various roles such as Site Council, PTO, room parent and other volunteering opportunities at our kids' school, Sunflower Elementary, since our kids entered kindergarten. Also as new members of the Andover Central Middle School I am eager to support the initiatives from the Parents organization (PAWS).

I am an active member of my church St. Vincent de Paul where you can often find me ushering, or doing a reading during Mass or serving Communion or helping in marriage preparation or in the women’s Bible Studies! Yes, I love my parish and try to volunteer as much as possible.

I am the current treasurer of my HOA, Green Valley 8, 9 & 10 and have been involved in the board for a few years.
